Galaxy Gaming, Inc. engages in the design, development, manufacture, marketing, and acquisition of casino table games and associated technology, platforms, and systems for the casino gaming industry. It provides proprietary table games, including side bets, such as poker, baccarat, pai gow poker, craps, and blackjack table games; and premium games that are stand-alone proprietary table games with their own unique set of rules and strategies. The company also offers enhanced table systems, including Bonus Jackpot System, an electronic system installed on gaming tables that is used to detect players’ wagers, evaluate game play, determine dealer efficiency, and to assist in calculating jackpots and bonusing offerings; Inter-Casino Jackpot System, an area progressive jackpot system for table games; and MEGA-Share, a game play methodology that allows a player of one of the table games to share in the winnings of a jackpot together with other players. In addition, it provides TableMAX e-Table system, a fully automated, dealer-less, and multi-player electronic table game platform. The company markets its products through its internal sales force to casinos in North America, the Caribbean, the British Isles, Europe, and Australia; and to cruise ships and Internet gaming sites worldwide. It has an installed base of its products on approximately 3,000 gaming tables located in approximately 500 casinos. Galaxy Gaming, Inc. is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.
