Médica France, S.A. reported unaudited consolidated financial results for the year ended December 31, 2012. For the year, revenues were EUR 718,588,000 against EUR 632,095,000 for the last year. EBITDA was EUR 118,567,000 against EUR 108,440,000 for the last year. EBIT was EUR 91,055,000 against EUR 81,930,000 for the last year. Operating profit was EUR 97,868,000 against EUR 86,979,000 for the last year. Pre-tax profit was EUR 78,549,000 against EUR 64,989,000 for the last year. Net profit attributable to equity holders of the parent was EUR 46,312,000 against EUR 41,501,000 for the last year. Consolidated Group share of diluted earnings per share was EUR 0.97 against EUR 0.87 for the last year. Net cash from operating activities was EUR 110,373,000 against EUR 81,135,000 for the last year. Increase in property, plant and equipment was EUR 109,567,000 against EUR 99,016,000 for the last year. Increase in intangible assets was EUR 15,230,000 against EUR 3,423,000 for the last year. On the strength of its capacity to create value for the shareholders and management's confidence in the Group's prospects, shareholders at the Annual Meeting on 25 June 2013, will be asked to approve the payment of a dividend of EUR 0.48 per share, close to 50% of Net Profit group share. For full-year 2013, the Group expects organic growth of at least 7%, while pursuing a selective external growth policy. MEDICA is also confident that it will be able to maintain a high level of profitability.
