GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. announced its preliminary air traffic figures for the month and four months ended April 2013. For the month, the company reported net PRASK was 8% up year over year. PRASK grew by 11% year-to-date (YTD). Net yield was 13% up in April year-on-year, between BRL 20.8 and BRL 21.3 cents. Fuel price in April was 2% up over April 2012. Total system ASK was 4,051.4 mm compared to 4,217.8 mm for the same period a year ago. Total system RPK was 2,700.9 mm compared to 3,020.1 mm for the same period a year ago. Load factor was 66.7% compared to 71.6% for the same period a year ago. For the four months period, the company reported total system ASK was 16,380.7 mm compared to 18,207.9 mm for the same period a year ago. Total system RPK was 10,992.4 mm compared to 12,524.2 mm for the same period a year ago. Load factor was 67.1% compared to 68.8% for the same period a year ago.

GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. announced earnings results for the first quarter of 2013. For the quarter, the company reported an operating result of BRL 101 million, accompanied by a margin of 4.9%, an increase of BRL 94 million, against an operating result of BRL 7 million in the first quarter of 2012, with a margin of 0.3%. Net revenue per available seat-kilometer reached BRL 15.46 in the quarter, 12.4% up over the first quarter of 2012. This performance gave momentum to the annual increase of 9.1% in revenue per available seat-kilometer, which came to BRL 16.89 in the quarter.

GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. is the official airline for Brazil's national soccer team. The company signed an exclusiveness agreement with CBF-Brazilian Football Confederation and over the next four years, will carry the delegations participating in the games of Brazil's Cup, Brazilian Championship and Brazil's national soccer team.
