Gaming Partners International Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, manufactures and supplies casino table game equipment to licensed casinos worldwide. Its products include American-style casino currency comprising injection-molded currency, thermo-compression molded currency, and sublimation currency; European-style casino currency, including jetons and plaques; low and high frequency radio frequency identification device (RFID) casino currency; RFID readers for cage, table, and vault applications; RFID technologies for casino currency readers and antennas; and CIS software, hardware, and maintenance services, as well as other products used with casino table games, such as blackjack, poker, baccarat, craps, and roulette. The company also provides playing cards; table layouts; gaming furniture consisting of tables, bases, and pit podiums; casino table game accessories, such as roulette reader boards, foot rails, chip trays, drop boxes, shoes, cut cards, dice sticks, lammers, markers, buttons, and Air Rail System ventilation devices; and casino dice. In addition, it markets casino-specific themed products for customers to promote special events, such as sporting events, conventions, holidays, casino anniversaries, and premier entertainment events. The company sells its products to end customers through its sales force, as well as through sales agents or distributors under the Paulson, Bourgogne et Grasset, and Bud Jones brand names. Gaming Partners International Corporation was founded in 1963 and is headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Gaming Partners International Corporation announced the resignation of Michael D. Mann as Chief Financial Officer and its subsidiary, effective immediately. On July 7, 2014, Gregory S.
