Further, it offers warehousing and distribution services that support inbound and outbound logistics, as well as distribution and in-warehouse inventory control, and inventory management services; and integrated logistics services, including customized information technology solutions and online tracking of shipments services. The company was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong.

Grand Power Logistics Group Inc. announced the appointment of Decky Chi Kwan Tse as a director of the Corporation effective May 8, 2013. Mr. Tse is the current Managing Director of Grand Power Express International Ltd. He has been with Grand Power Express since 2004.
