Groupe Go Sport SA announced sales results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012. For the quarter, the company announced net sales of EUR 189 million compared to EUR 182 million for the same period a year ago.
Groupe Go Sport SA reported earnings results for the six months ended June 30, 2012. For the period, the company consolidated net sales reached EUR 324.1 million, up 1.0% on a same-store basis and with constant exchange rates. LBITDA and current operating loss reached respectively EUR 3.9 million and EUR 13.7 million, down compared to first half of 2011 due to the decrease of gross margin. Net financial debt stood at EUR 89.7 million at June 30, 2012, down EUR 17.4 million compared to first half of 2011 following the capital increase that occurred in May.
