Hammerson plc has signed a deal with Promise Technology Inc. to distribute their storage products. The partnership, which is Europe-wide, gives Hammer access to the whole of Promise's storage range including the VTrak Series for the data centre and media and entertainment markets, and the Vess Series for IT and video surveillance environments. Promise's products are designed with specific vertical markets in mind, as shown in the Pegasus range, for example -- demonstrating the vendor's commitment to develop the best-in-class storage solutions specifically for creative professionals who demand unparalleled performance, flexibility and simplicity. These products are also designed in conjunction with, and certified by, Apple, thereby targeting specific users.

Hammerson plc announced interim management statement for the period from 1 January 2013 to 8 May 2013. Occupancy in the portfolio remains high at 96.6% as at 31 March 2013. This is broadly in line with the same period last year (97.1% as at 31 March 2012), but slightly down on the figure of 97.7% at 31 December 2012.
