Hartalega Holdings Berhad announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014. For the quarter, the company reported profit attributable to owners of parent of MYR 57,087,000 or 7.30 sen diluted earnings per share on revenue of MYR 279,198,000 compared to profit attributable to owners of parent of MYR 62,912,000 or 8.38 sen diluted earnings per share on revenue of MYR 278,014,000 for the corresponding period last year. Profit before tax was MYR 75,651,000 against MYR 81,917,000 for the comparable period last year. Net cash from operating activities was MYR 53,938,000 compared to MYR 52,368,000 a year ago. Purchase of property, plant and equipment was MYR 8,499,000 compared to MYR 2,473,000 a year ago.
