Highcroft Investments plc announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended June 30, 2014. For the period, the company reported net rental revenue of £1,412,000 against £1,206,000 a year ago. Net investment income was £91,000 against £546,000 a year ago. Operating profit before net financing costs was £4,515,000 against £1,590,000 a year ago. Profit before tax was £4,433,000 against £1,595,000 a year ago. Total profit and comprehensive income for the year was £4,428,000 or 85.7 pence per diluted share against £1,654,000 or 32 pence per diluted share a year ago.
