Return on average assets and return on average equity were 0.97% and 6.33% against 0.90% and 4.61% of prior year period. Tangible book value at period end was $17.92 against $16.97 of prior year period. The company reported net income of $2.5 million for the nine months ended March 31, 2013, an increase of $426,000 compared to $2.1 million reported for the nine months ended March 31, 2012. Income before income taxes was $3.7 million against $2.9 million of prior year period. Return on average assets and return on average equity were 1.21% and 7.20% against 1.10% and 5.43% of prior year period.
