The company operates through two segments, Project Management and Construction Claims. The Project Management segment offers construction management services, including program management, project management, construction management, project management oversight, troubled project turnaround, staff augmentation, estimating and cost management, project labor agreement consulting, commissioning, labor compliance, and other services. It manages various phases of the construction process on behalf of project owners and developers; and undertakes various activities comprising planning, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, design review, constructability analyses, value engineering, regulatory compliance, development of project procedures, procurement, project reporting, expediting, inspection, quality assurance/quality control, safety oversight, contract administration, change order processing, claims management, and on-site management of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. The Construction Claims segment provides claims preparation, analysis and review, litigation support, cost/damages assessment, delay/disruption analysis, adjudication, risk assessment, lender advisory, expert witness testimony, and other services. It advises clients for preventing or resolving claims and disputes based upon schedule delays, cost overruns, and other problems on construction projects. The company serves the United States and other national governments, foreign governments, and the private sector. Hill International, Inc. was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Marlton, New Jersey.

Hill International to Manage Construction of Langham Palm Jumeirah Hotel in Dubai

Hill International announced that it has received a contract from Das Real Estate Co. LLC to provide project management consultancy services during construction of the Langham Palm Jumeirah hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The one-year contract has an estimated value to Hill of approximately AED 5.7 million ($1.6 million). The AED 323 million ($88 million) five-star hotel will feature two seven-story buildings. The hotel will have 82,000 square meters (883,000 square feet) of built-up area, 323 guest rooms and a sky bridge connecting the buildings on the third floor. Construction is expected to be completed in early 2015.

Hill International Promotes John A. Arnold to Senior Vice President and Managing Director (Europe) for its Project Management Group

Hill International announced that John A. Arnold has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Managing Director (Europe) for Hill's Project Management Group. Prior to this promotion, John was Senior Vice President and International Corporate Counsel. He will be based out of Hill's Madrid, Spain office. John has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry. As Hill's International Corporate Counsel, he has been responsible for all company legal matters outside the U.S., both contentious and non-contentious.
