The Project Management segment offers construction management services, including program management, project management, construction management, project management oversight, troubled project turnaround, staff augmentation, estimating and cost management, project labor agreement consulting, commissioning, labor compliance, and other services. It manages various phases of the construction process on behalf of project owners and developers; and undertakes various activities comprising planning, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, design review, constructability analyses, value engineering, regulatory compliance, development of project procedures, procurement, project reporting, expediting, inspection, quality assurance/quality control, safety oversight, contract administration, change order processing, claims management, and on-site management of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. The Construction Claims segment provides claims preparation, analysis and review, litigation support, cost/damages assessment, delay/disruption analysis, adjudication, risk assessment, lender advisory, expert witness testimony, and other services. It advises clients for preventing or resolving claims and disputes based upon schedule delays, cost overruns, and other problems on construction projects. The company serves the United States and other national governments, foreign governments, and the private sector. Hill International, Inc. was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Marlton, New Jersey.

Hill International Closes on $165 Million Debt Refinancing with Societe Generale

Hill International announced that it has successfully closed a refinancing of the company's senior debt facilities with Société Générale. This transaction, which was arranged by SG Americas Securities, LLC, the U.S. broker-dealer affiliate of Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking, has provided senior secured debt facilities to Hill in the aggregate principal amount of $165.0 million. The debt facilities consist of a six-year term loan facility of $120.0 million and five-year revolving credit facilities totaling $45.0 million. The revolving credit facilities include a $30.0 million U.S. dollar-denominated facility made available to Hill and a $15.0 million Euro-denominated facility made available to Hill's subsidiary Hill International N.V. The revolving credit facilities also include a $35.0 million sub-limit for letters of credit with $25.0 million allocated to the U.S. revolver and $10.0 million allocated to the international revolver. The net proceeds of the new debt facilities were used to pay off and terminate Hill's previous senior credit facility with a bank group led by Bank of America, N.A. and a previous second lien term loan with funds managed by Tennenbaum Capital Partners, LLC.

Hill International to Manage Construction of Route 6 Highway in Kosovo

Hill International announced that it has received a contract from the Ministry of Infrastructure for the Republic of Kosovo to provide construction supervision and management services for the Pristina-Hani i Elezit Highway (Route 6). The five-and-a-half-year contract has an estimated value to Hill of approximately EUR 7.1 million ($9.2 million). The 60-kilometer (37-mile) highway has strategic importance for the Kosovo economy, representing one of two important connections with trans-European corridors. The EUR600 million ($778 million) project will provide a direct connection between Pristina, the capital city of Kosovo, and Skopje, the capital city of Macedonia, reducing travel time by more than half.

Hill International Wins $3.6 Million Contract from U.S General Services Administration to Provide Construction Management Services

Hill International has received a contract from the U.S General Services Administration, or GSA, to provide construction management services in connection with a new Federal Bureau of Investigation, or FBI, office building in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The three-year contract has an estimated value to Hill of approximately $3.6 million. The approximately $85 million project, located within the Federal campus in the Hato Rey section of San Juan, will include an office building, technical services annex and parking garage. The total size of the Federal campus is approximately 27 acres, with up to six acres allocated to the new FBI facility. The new office building is part of a consolidation of two existing FBI office buildings into a single facility.
