The Greek government said that it has agreed to privatize the remaining 35.5% stake in Hellenic Petroleum SA (ATSE:ELPE) and a 66% share in DESFA S.A. Under the DEPA Group privatization plan, the Greek government has also agreed to sell off 100% of Public Gas Corporation S.A. (DEPA), 65% owned by the state and 35% by Hellenic Petroleum. Final binding bids can be made till May 20, 2013.
