The company’s Automation and Control Solutions segment offers environmental and combustion controls, and sensing controls; security and life safety products and services; scanning and mobility devices; process automation solutions; and building solutions and services for homes, buildings, and industrial facilities. Its Performance Materials and Technologies segment provides resins and chemicals, hydrofluoric acid, fluorochemicals, nuclear services, research and fine chemicals, performance and imaging chemicals, chemical processing sealants, fibers and composites, healthcare and packaging products, specialty additives, electronic chemicals, semiconductor materials and services, catalysts, renewable fuels, and adsorbents and specialties. This segment offers products for applications in the refining, petrochemical, automotive, healthcare, agricultural, packaging, refrigeration, appliance, housing, semiconductor, wax, and adhesives segments. It also provides process technology, products, and services for the petroleum refining, gas processing, renewable energy, and other industries. The company’s Transportation Systems segment offers charge-air systems and thermal systems for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Honeywell International Inc. was founded in 1920 and is headquartered in Morris Township, New Jersey.

MAT Holdings, Inc. Announces Licensing Agreement with Honeywell International Inc

MAT Holdings Inc. and Honeywell International Inc. have entered into a licensing agreement under which MAT will be granted an exclusive license for the use of the BENDIX trademark on automotive braking products to be sold in the US. Both the companies are based in the US. The agreement will strengthen MAT's position and allow it to serve the future interests of the US BENDIX customers.

Honeywell Joins National Grid Integrated Security Solutions Framework

Honeywell International Inc. announced recently that it has been selected to join the National Grid Integrated Security Solutions (ISS) framework. The framework will be used to design, supply, install and commission integrated security solutions for the UK's utilities infrastructure, which includes various Transmission and Distribution assets across the country. Honeywell uses a threat-based approach to providing layered security solutions for the protection of people, assets and services and has implemented solutions for a wide range of critical infrastructures including nuclear power plant, transport, sporting events and stadia, penal institutions and oil and gas pipelines.

Honeywell International To Withdraw Chicago Stock Exchange Listing

Honeywell International Inc. announced plans to voluntarily withdraw the listing of its common stock from the Chicago Stock Exchange. Honeywell's common stock will continue to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Honeywell has decided to withdraw its listing from the Chicago Stock Exchange to streamline operations and eliminate duplicative administrative requirements and costs inherent with dual listings. The withdrawal is expected to be effective within the next month. The Chicago Stock Exchange will continue to trade Honeywell common stock on an unlisted trading privilege basis.
