Starwood Capital Group is reportedly in talks to buy seven U.S. shopping malls from Westfield Group (ASX:WDC) for more than $1 billion. Starwood's talks with Westfield aren't yet in the final stages and still could collapse, according to people familiar with the matter.
Westfield Group reconfirmed funds flow from operations guidance for the year 2013 to be 66.5 cents per security.
