Its telecommunications solutions comprise converged pre-post paid, multi-service bill aggregation, and complex corporate billing solutions. The company’s Pay TV solutions include customer care and billing, billing engine, customer care and billing training, customer care and billing reporting, Hansen customer centre for prepaid TV services, and ICC for pay TV cable operators. It also offers data centre solutions, such as infrastructure as a service, software as a service, hardware and operating system, network and security, daily back-up, Hansen cloud stack, and VMware virtualization solution; facilities management services; and IT managed services, including technical and customer support, and network and security services. In addition, it provides application services consisting of turnkey, specific software applications development, implementation and integration, application management, performance tuning, hosting, and support solutions; and CLASSIC superannuation membership administration solution for superannuation fund management.
