Indergiri Finance Ltd. has informed that Mr. Sunil Kumar Sharma, Company Secretary of the company has resigned from the position of the Company Secretary with effect from February 28, 2013.

Indergiri Finance Ltd. reported unaudited earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2012. For the quarter, net sales /income from operations were INR 0.913 million compared to INR 0.844 million a year ago. Profit before tax was INR 0.538 million against INR 0.438 million a year ago. Net profit was INR 0.371 million or INR 0.07 basic and diluted share compared to net profit of INR 0.303 million or INR 0.06 per basic and diluted share a year ago. For the nine moths, net sales /income from operations was INR 2.711 million compared to INR 2.422 million a year ago. Profit before tax was INR 1.571 million against INR 1.127 million a year ago. Net profit was INR 1.086 million or INR 0.21 per basic and diluted share compared to net profit of INR 0.779 million or INR 0.15 per basic and diluted share a year ago.
