ID Watchdog, Inc. announced the resignation of Daniel Mohan, President of the company, effective April 30, 2013. Mr. Greene, CEO of the company will assume Mr. Mohan's duties.

ID Watchdog, Inc. seeks acquisitions. ID Watchdog Inc.'s indirect wholly owned subsidiary IDR Processing LLC has entered into an agreement to acquire approximately 1,900 identity-theft-protection customers and related assets from iSekurity Inc. "The acquisition not only adds an additional 1,900 customers to our customer base, but it also brings to us a new channel relationship from which we can further expand our customer base. While we continue to drive our employee benefits and anti-virus/tech support channels, we will also seek to acquire other identity theft protection customers and/or companies to allow us to grow our revenue base and exploit operating efficiencies across our best-in-class infrastructure," said Michael Greene, Chief Executive Officer, ID Watchdog.

ID Watchdog, Inc. has closed on a $500,000 secured credit facility with Costella Kirsch. The company borrowed $250,000 on the credit facility at closing and may, at its discretion, borrow an additional $250,000 (the second draw) on or before July 31, 2013, if certain financial targets are achieved. Upon closing of the credit facility the company will issue to the Lender 1,000,000 of its ordinary shares and an additional 1,000,000 of its ordinary shares if the Second Draw is borrowed. The credit facility matures on June 30, 2016, is secured by all of the assets of ID Rehab and the borrowings from the credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
