Imaginatik PLC provided earnings guidance for the full year ending March 31, 2013. The company believes both revenues and operating losses are likely to be below market expectations.

Imaginatik PLC announced that it has signed a new, three-year contract to provide software and consultancy to the Research and Engineering division of publicly traded multinational oil and gas companies. Under the terms of the contract, Imaginatik will assist the customer in stimulating employee engagement on a range of challenges. This will be delivered through the provision of Imaginatik's innovation software platform, Innovation Central, supported by a significant element of consultancy to ensure high levels of engagement from the 1,000 employees involved in the challenges and crucially that a culture for ongoing innovation becomes embedded in the organization.

Imaginatik PLC announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended September 30, 2012. For the six months, revenue was GBP 1,754,000 against GBP 1,624,000 for the same period a year ago, during the period, 7% of revenue was generated from up-selling the company's software and consultancy services into existing customers, 69% from selling into new customers, and 24% from recurring business. Operating loss before financing and taxation was GBP 413,000 against GBP 492,000 for the same period a year ago. Loss on ordinary activities before taxation was GBP 413,000 against GBP 492,000 for the same period a year ago. Loss on ordinary activities for the period was GBP 282,000 or 0.04 pence basic and diluted loss per share against GBP 384,000 or 0.15 pence basic and diluted loss per share for the same period a year ago. Cash outflows from operating activities were GBP 1,007,000 against GBP 1,204,000 for the same period a year ago. Acquisition of property, plant and equipment was GBP 18,000 against GBP 1,000 for the same period a year ago. Acquisition of intangible assets was GBP 120,000 for the same period a year ago.
