Indospring Stake To Be Transferred To Gemilang

PT Indoprima Investama will transfer 75% stake in P.T. Indospring to PT Indoprima Gemilang in near future. Bambang Hero Sanyoto, Indospring's Director, said that the transaction will not change the controlling shareholder, then the transaction will not be made through a tender offer mechanism. He said the price of shares transfer is remain under negotiation.
