Effective October 18, 2012, IFinix Corporation will change its OTCPK stock ticker symbol to INIX from INIXD.

IFinix Corporation announced the appointment of Benhope Munroe to the executive positions of President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors effective June 11, 2012. Pursuant to a recent Board of Directors meeting, management has decided it is in the best interests of the Corporation and its shareholders to restructure senior management. The Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Douglas Spadaro as the President/Chief Executive Officer effective June 11, 2012. Mr. Spadaro will remain as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Munroe was previously the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company until his resignation in September 2011. Mr. Munroe was responsible for the daily activities of the company and worked closely with the Chairman of the Board of Directors as well as the presidents of the subsidiaries of the company. Mr. Munroe was also responsible for the preparation and review of the financial statements of the company.
