Innity Corporation Bhd has announced the appointment of Yap Soon Kim as Chief Financial Officer on Feb. 25, 2013. Ms. Yap is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). She has more than 14 years of experience in the areas of audit, accounting, taxation and corporate finance. She had previously held senior positions in several private companies and also a subsidiary of public company listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Prior to this appointment as a Chief Financial Officer, she was the Finance Manager of Innity Corporation Berhad since 2009.
