InternetQ PLC announced that Harris Jones has been appointed a Non-executive Director of the company with immediate effect. Mr. Jones, aged 51, is currently Managing Director of Swallow Point Ventures. Prior to this, Mr. Jones has over 14 years' experience in the telecommunication and mobile industries where he has held a number of senior management positions both in the U.K and North America. These include Chief Executive Officer of Cable & Wireless International (2004-2008), Chief Executive Officer of T-Mobile, UK (2000-2003), General Manager, New England of Omnipoint Communications, Boston (1998-2000) and Vice President, Business Development of American Personal Communications, Washington DC (1994-1998).

InternetQ PLC announced the following board changes: Konstantinos Korletis, currently Executive Chairman of the Board, will be stepping down with immediate effect in order to pursue other business interests. Konstantinos served as Chief Executive Officer of InternetQ, bringing the company to market during its Initial Public Offering in 2010 and for the first two years of rapid growth as a public company. At the same time the company would like to welcome Timothy Grainger Weller to the Board who will become Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect. Mr. Weller aged 51, is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Incisive Media, a company he floated on the Main market in 2000.

InternetQ PLC is seeking acquisitions. Panagiotis Dimitropoulos, Chief Executive Officer of InternetQ said, "Our stated growth strategy is clear and we will continue to evaluate target bolt-on acquisitions that accelerate the Group's customer and geographical reach."
