Impellam Group PLC announced the appointment of Julia Robertson, 54, as Group Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Julia joined Carlisle in 2000 following the acquisition of the Tate business. Following the 2008 Impellam merger she was appointed as the divisional CEO of Impellam's UK Staffing businesses. Prior to working for the Group, Julia was Chief Executive of the Institute of Employment Consultants.

Impellam Group PLC declared special dividend of 35 pence per share, approximately £15.4 million, payable on 10 April 2013 to all shareholders on the register on 2 April 2013. Final dividend of 5 pence per share proposed to be approved at the AGM to be convened for June 2013 and dates to be announced in due course. The company reported un-audited consolidated earnings results for the year ended December 28, 2012. For the year, the company reported profit attributable to owners of the parent company of £9.8 million or 22.1 pence per diluted share on revenue of £1,210.8 million compared to profit attributable to owners of the parent company of £24.2 million or 53.9 pence per diluted share on revenue of £1,131.4 million for the last year. Impellam Group PLC announced the appointment of Lincoln Jopp MC as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Mr. Jopp, aged 44, joins the board having previously served 26 years in the British Army and having been awarded the Military Cross. He is also currently a non-executive director of Thames Ditton Sports and Squash Club Limited.
