Jantsa Jant Sanayi ve Tic. A.S. intends to acquire a company in Europe. The company plans to fund the acquisition from proceeds of its initial pubic offer (IPO). Ercan Cercioglu, General manager of the company, told business daily Dunya that Jantsa is in discussions with a company and the acquisition process could be completed by the end of 2012.
