Jet Gold Corp. was incorporated in 1987 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.

Jet Gold Corp. Announces Management Changes

Jet Gold Corp. received the resignation of Blaine Bailey and Brad Moynes from the board of directors of the company. Jet Gold announced that the board has been reconstituted to include Richard Grayston, Ryan Cheung, Ryan Goodman and David Morris. Richard Grayston has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company, and Ryan Cheung will remain in the position of Chief Financial Officer. Richard Grayston currently serves on the board of several TSX Venture listed companies. David Morris currently serves as Director and Chief Operating Officer of Valverde Mining Corp, and as a director of Cardea Metals Corporation.
