JOBOOKIT HOLDINGS LTD announced a partnership with Redmatch to use the biggest semantic engine in the world, developed by JoBookIT in all of Redmatch's products. Redmatch will be able to offer its customers additional and complimentary first-rate technological solutions that were not available in the field of HR until today. JoBookIt will also decode and sort resumes of millions of potential applicants for placement in the work force. JoBookIt will allow Redmatch to make use of the company's application-program interface to provide business and strategic partners with a simple interface to JoBookIt's technologies. According to the MOU, Redmatch will pay JoBookIt $200,000 in the coming year. Additionally, Redmatch will transfer its exclusively-owned database containing millions of users and job-seekers to JoBookIt, to help them find the most suitable jobs. In consideration for the use of Redmatch's database by JoBookIt, Redmatch will split the revenues from the joint operations. As a result of the strategic partnership, JoBookIt estimates potential income of millions of shekels in the coming year.
