Jourdan Resources, Inc. Announces Results from Targeted Sampling and Prospecting Program on Hache Phosphate Property

Jourdan Resources, Inc. announced results from a targeted sampling and prospecting program on the company's Hache Phosphate Property. The Hache Property is located 60 km north of Saguenay, Quebec. Zone 'A' on Jourdan's Hache claims discussed in this release is located 11.5 km west of the La Hache-Est historic resource. The La Hache-Est historic resource is reported as 20.32 million tonnes containing 24.75% Fe, 5.15% Ti and 5.21% P2O5. This project was originally explored as a potential iron ore target, and at the time had not been considered for phosphate or titanium potential. The phosphate mineralized Zone 'A' runs for approximately 1.6 km on surface, running approximately north-northeast to south-southwest. A continuous channel, 4m long, was sampled at 1m intervals across an exposed section of Zone 'A'. Results from this channel ranged from 4.33% P2O5 over 1m to 4.60% P2O5 over 1m, with the average over 4m being 4.48% P2O5. Additional prospecting to the south of the Zone 'A', based on magnetic highs outlined in 2013 ground geophysical surveys identified the iron oxide rich "Fe" Zone. A total of 7 grab samples from this zone returned results as high as 65.0% Fe2O3 and 65.8% Fe2O3. Investors should note grab samples are selective by nature and may not be representative of average grades of the mineralization within zones.

Jourdan Resources, Inc. Approves Amendment to Articles; Announces Historical Results of Channel and Grab Samples Collected from Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Property

Jourdan Resources, Inc. at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 25, 2014, approved amendment to the Articles of the company to change the name of the company to such name as may be approved by the board of directors of the company and file any amended and restated Articles providing for the name change. Shareholders also approved the authorization of an amendment to the Articles of the company to consolidate the issues and outstanding shares in the capital of the company on the basis of one new common share for up to ten common shares presently issued and outstanding. The company also announced the historical results of channel and grab samples collected from claims recently staked on the company's Dissimieux Lake Phosphate Property project located 140 km north-west of Baie-Comeau and 130 km north of Forestville, Quebec along the Upper North Shore of the St. Lawrence River. As part of continuing exploration on the company's Dissimieux Lake Property, Jourdan has staked 28 new claims totaling 1,546 hectares based on the recently compiled high resolution airborne magnetics. These new claims in part cover the interpreted northern extension of the Fleury showing, which were sampled by Jourdan in late 2013. The historical samples were derived from magmatic-type iron-titanium mineralization generally associated with a particular type of large intrusive complexes, in this case the La Blache Anorthositic Complex (LBAC). The LBAC extends 35 km in a northeast-southwest direction by 15 km across; hosting a series of magnetite-ilmenite rich lenses some tens to hundreds of metres in size. Jourdan's new claims lie at the south-west end of the LBAC and are generally road accessible. Several historical resources lie within the LBAC, located from 4 to 10 kilometres from the new claims.
