Wiley Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

John Wiley & Sons Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.29 per share on its Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable on July 16, to shareholders of record on July 1. According to a release from the company, it is an increase of 16 percent over the previous quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share. The increase marks the 21st consecutive year that Wiley has raised its quarterly dividend and raises the annualized dividend payout to $1.16 per share.
