KB Home Opens New Iliff Commons in Aurora, Colorado

KB Home announced the opening of Iliff Commons in Aurora, Colorado. The company plans to construct 119 new single-family homes at Iliff Commons, which offers convenient access to major roadways that connect to thriving employment corridors and a wide range of attractive outdoor recreational opportunities. Iliff Commons is east of Tower Road at Iliff Avenue and Dunkirk Street, and is close to Interstate 70, 225, and E-470, ideal for commutes to surrounding job, shopping and entertainment centers. Children can walk to Side Creek Elementary, which has been the winner of the Governor's Award of Distinguished Schools three years in a row. Iliff Commons' residents can also enjoy the nearby Quincy and Cherry Creek Reservoirs, Arapahoe County Fairgrounds and Great Plains Parks, as well as more than 6,000 acres of natural open space. Iliff Commons offers eleven one- and two-story floor plans that range in size from 1,384 to 2,651 square feet, and can include up to six bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and three-car garages. KB Home Opens Windfield Community in Converse, Texas

KB Home has opened new Windfield community in Converse, Texas. Homebuyers will have their choice of more than a dozen customizable one- and two-story floor plans and the opportunity to live within minutes of the area's major highways and employment corridors. KB Home plans to construct a total of 115 single-family homes at Windfield from the builder's celebrated Sterling collection. The thirteen one- and two-story floor plans available at Windfield range from 1,516 to 2,960 square feet, and can accommodate up to six bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths with two-car garages. Not only do the KB homes at Windfield include desirable decor elements such as open kitchens, flexible loft spaces, and large master bedroom suites, the KB homes offered at Windfield are also some of the most energy-efficient available now. All KB homes sold in San Antonio are ENERGY STAR and Build San Antonio Green (BSAG) certified, meaning they are designed to be more water- and energy-efficient than typical new and resale homes available in the area. The water- and energy-saving features built into every new KB home can also help homeowners save money on their monthly utility bills.
