Keyera Corp. provides various services and products to oil and gas producers in the United States and Canada. The company operates in four segments: Marketing, Gathering and Processing, NGL Infrastructure, and Corporate and Other. The Marketing segment is involved in the distribution and sale of natural gas liquids (NGLs), such as propane, butane, and condensate, as well as iso-octane. This segment is also engaged in various crude oil midstream activities. The Gathering and Processing segment owns and operates approximately 15 raw gas gathering pipelines and processing plants, which collects and process raw natural gas, removes waste products, and separates the economic components. This segment operates approximately 4,000 kilometers of 4 to 12 inch diameter raw gas gathering pipelines with a raw gas proc capacity of 1,982 million standard cubic feet per day. The NGL Infrastructure segment provides gathering, fractionation, storage, transportation, and terminalling services for NGLs and crude oil to customers through a network of facilities that include underground NGL storage caverns, NGL fractionation facilities, and NGL and crude oil pipelines, as well as rail and truck terminals. The Corporate and Other segment is engaged in the production of natural gas and NGLs. The company was formerly known as Keyera Facilities Income Fund and changed its name to Keyera Corp. in January 2011. Keyera Corp. is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.

Keyera Corp. Declares October 2014 Dividend, Payable on November 17, 2014

Keyera Corp. announced a cash dividend for October 2014 of 21.5 cents per common share. The dividend will be payable on November 17, 2014, to shareholders of record on October 22, 2014. The ex-dividend date is October 20, 2014.

Keyera Corp. Announces Management Changes

The Board of Dirctors of Keyera Corp. announced that David Smith, currently Keyera's President and Chief Operating Officer, will become President and Chief Executive Officer and that Jim Bertram, currently Chief Executive Officer, will be assuming the role of Executive Chair of the Board of Directors, all effective January 1, 2015. In connection with these changes, Douglas Haughey will be appointed as Keyera's Independent Lead Director, Robert Catell will continue as a Director but will be stepping down as Chair, and Mr. Smith will be joining the Board of Directors. David Smith has held senior management roles with Keyera and its predecessors since the company's inception in 1998. He has more than 30 years of experience in the energy industry in Canada. He began his career with Imperial Oil Limited in 1982 and joined Gulf Canada Resources Limited in 1991. Jim Bertram has been the Chief Executive Officer of Keyera since 1998 and has been a Director of Keyera since Keyera's initial public offering in 2003. He was previously employed at Gulf Canada Resources Limited as Vice President - Marketing for worldwide operations. Doug Haughey has more than 35 years of experience in the energy industry. From August 2012 through May 2013 he was the CEO of Churchill Corporation and prior thereto he was the President and CEO and a director of Provident Energy Ltd. Between 1999 and 2008 he held various senior executive positions with Spectra Energy Corp. and its predecessor companies, including the President & CEO of Spectra Energy Income Fund and President of Spectra's western Canadian natural gas midstream infrastructure and logistics business. He has been a Director of Keyera since May 2013.
