Joint Stock Company Moscow Confectionary Factory Red October announced that Gensor Enterprises Limited, Catapel Limited, Rainbow Fund L.P. had filed a suit with the Ninth Arbitration Apeal Court of Moscow court to invalidate a decision of the BoD of OAO Red October Moscow Confectionary Factory made on Dec. 21, 2010. On April 4, 2012, the court accepted the suit of the above companies and scheduled the hearing on May 11, 2012.
