Lithium Corporation, an exploration company, engages in the identification, acquisition, and exploration of metals and minerals with a focus on lithium mineralization on properties in Nevada. It holds interests in the Fish Lake Valley property that covers approximately 3200 acres located in west central Nevada in northern Esmeralda county; and the San Emidio property, which covers an area of approximately 1,600 acres located to the north-northeast of Reno, Nevada. The company was formerly known as Utalk Communications Inc. and changed its name to Lithium Corporation in September 2009. Lithium Corporation was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Reno, Nevada.

Lithium Corp Mulls Acquisitions

Lithium Corporation (OTCPK:LTUM), which has entered into an agreement to sell its interests in the BC Sugar flake graphite property, is looking for futher acquisition opportunities. Altura Mining Limited (ASX:AJM) stated that at the conclusion of the deal, Lithium Corporation will be in a strong cash position to move forward with its current project portfolio as well as continuing to seek out suitable acquisition opportunities in North America.

Lithium Corporation announced that of Silberstein Ungar, PLLC, the principal accountant for their company joined the accounting firm of KLJ & Associates, LLP.
