Latécoère S.A. manufactures and sells aerostructures and interconnection systems in France. It operates in two segments, Aerostructures and Interconnection Systems. The Aerostructures segment manufactures aircraft structural elements, such as fuselage sections and aircraft doors; and landscape digital video, taxi aid camera, refueling video, and cargo video systems. This segment is also involved in the design, calculation, and definition of products in the manufacturing sector, including aircraft structure, systems installation and fitting-outs, etc.; design, manufacture, and maintenance of mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies comprising assembly lines, tooling and special machines, etc.; and furnishing of services in the area of metrology. It serves commercial, regional, business, and military aircraft markets. The Interconnection Systems segment offers electrical, space, and ruggedized harnesses; avionics bays; onboard wiring; and test benches. The company also exports its products to Europe, the United States, Asia, and internationally. Latécoère S.A. was founded in 1917 and is headquartered in Toulouse, France.

Latécoère S.A. reported earnings results for the first half ended June 30, 2014. For the period, total revenue was EUR 321.4 million against EUR 310.4 million a year ago. This growth in revenue mainly derives from the Aerostructures Industrial ability to keep pace with the increase in production rates and from a dynamic performance of the Aerostructure Services especially in tooling.

Libellé Société Announces Executive Changes; Operations of Group's Aerostructures Business Arm Splits into Industrial and Operations Divisions

Libellé société announced the following appointments during the Supervisory Board meeting of June 23, 2014. Following the departure of Eric Gillard, the operations of the Group's Aerostructures business arm will be reorganized and split into two divisions under the responsibility of Management Board Chairman Frédéric Michelland: The Industrial Division headed up by Denis Bretagnolle. Denis Bretagnolle joined Latécoère in December 2013. The Operations Division will be headed up by Philippe Brel who will join the Group on July 2, 2014. The Operations Division will include the markets and contracts, program, quality, technical, customer support and equipment and systems departments. Philippe Brel joined the Zodiac Group where he worked as head of operations and head of a business unit before taking over the Technical seats division. Hervé Blanchard has succeeded Pierre Burello as Senior VP of Group Human Resources. In 2008, Hervé Blanchard joined Darty as Head of Human Resources for the Provence and Mediterranean regions and then the Paris Region. Following the departure of Eric Gillard, the operations of the Group's Aerostructures business arm will be reorganized and split into industrial and operations divisions under the responsibility of Management Board Chairman Frédéric Michelland. The Industrial Division will be headed up by Denis Bretagnolle which will incorporate the purchasing, logistics, elementary parts production and assembly departments. The Operations Division will be headed up by Philippe Brel. The Operations Division will include the markets and contracts, program, quality, technical, customer support and equipment and systems departments.
