Lifetime Brands, Inc. designs, sources, and sells branded kitchenware, tableware, and other products used in the home in the United States. It operates through two segments, Wholesale and Retail Direct. The company offers kitchenware products, such as kitchen tools and gadgets, cutlery, cutting boards, cookware, bakeware, and novelty housewares; and tableware products comprising dinnerware, flatware, and glassware. It also provides home solutions that comprise products, such as pantryware, spices, food storage, and home décor products, as well as manufactures sterling silver products. The company owns or licenses various brands, including KitchenAid, Farberware, Mikasa, Pfaltzgraff, Kamenstein, Fred, Towle, Melannco, Elements, and Wallace Silversmiths. In addition, it designs and distributes products to brew and serve coffee and tea under the La Cafetière and Randwyck brands. The company serves mass merchants, specialty stores, national chains, department stores, warehouse clubs, supermarkets, off-price retailers, and Internet retailers, as well as directly to consumers through its Pfaltzgraff, Mikasa, Lifetime Sterling, and The English Table Internet Websites. Lifetime Brands, Inc. was founded in 1945 and is headquartered in Garden City, New York.
