As at December 31, 2013, the net asset value amounted to EUR 48.56 per share, which corresponds to an increase of 8.4% on the prior year. FFO increased to EUR 141.2 million, at the higher end of the target range against of EUR 133 million excluding one-off tax effects) in 2012. The company provided earnings guidance for the fiscal year of 2014. For the period, the company confirms a FFO target of EUR 155 million to EUR 159 million or EUR 2.93 to EUR 3.00 per share for 2014.
