Limelight Networks, Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2014. For the quarter, the company reported revenue of $39.0 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2014, compared to $42.7 million in the third quarter of 2013 and $41.3 million in the second quarter of 2014. On a GAAP basis, the company reported a loss from continuing operations of $5.1 million or $0.05 per basic and fully diluted share for the third quarter of 2014, compared to a loss of $10.9 million, or $0.11 per basic and fully diluted share in the same period of 2013. On a non-GAAP basis, net loss was $2.2 million, or $0.02 per basic share for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 compared to a non-GAAP net loss of $6.7 million or $0.07 per basic share in the third quarter of 2013. EBITDA from continuing operations for the quarter was negative $1.2 million. After adjusting for share based compensation, litigation expense, and acquisition related expenses the company reported adjusted EBITDA of $1.4 million compared to an adjusted breakeven EBITDA in the year ago period.
