Lumenpulse Inc. designs, develops, assembles, and sells light-emitting diode (LED) lighting solutions for commercial, institutional, and urban environments in the United States, Canada, and internationally. The company offers lumenbeam LED projectors for applications in architectural exteriors and facades, and interiors; lumenfacade LED luminaires for grazing, accenting, and floodlighting exterior and interior walls and facades; lumencove luminaires for installation on ledges and in coves; lumenline LED luminaires for general illumination of architectural and commercial interiors; and lumendome luminaires for low-resolution screens and media facades, low-density video displays, and environmental graphic applications. It also provides lumensub submersible luminaires for underwater applications; lumensign, an edge-lit architectural signage solution for way-finding applications, such as hotels, offices, schools, and universities; lumentask, a linear LED task light for tight spaces; lumenedge, an architectural LED light panel for signage and poster display applications; lumentube, a task lighting system for use in cabinets, closets, bookshelves, tabletops, and work surfaces. In addition, the company offers various control systems, including lumencue, an USB-based DMX512 lighting controller; lumenID, a software/hardware package that provides a direct connection to a personal computer for addressing, diagnosing, and demonstrating its fixtures; lumentouch, a DMX512 controller that offers a touch button interface to program, modify, and trigger lighting shows; and lumentone, a wall-mounted DMX controller, which provides access to advanced lighting installations. Further, it operates as a reseller for other manufacturers’ products that comprise track lights, downlights, inground uplights, recessed spotlights, area lighting luminaires, and pedestrian street lighting luminaires. The company was founded in 2006 and is headquartered in Montréal, Canada.

Lumenpulse Inc. reported consolidated unaudited earnings results for the first quarter ended July 31, 2014. For its first quarter of fiscal 2015 ended July 31, 2014, the company recorded revenues of CAD 18.6 million. This represents a 45.5% increase compared to revenues of CAD 12.8 million for the same period last year, primarily due to the increase of the Lumenpulse Products segment which achieved a significant year-over-year growth of 61.7%. Adjusted EBITDA loss increased to CAD 1.0 million for the first quarter ended July 31, 2014 from a CAD 0.7 million Adjusted EBITDA loss for the same period in 2014. Adjusted net loss decreased to CAD 1.4 million for the first quarter ended July 31, 2014 from a CAD 1.9 million loss for the same period in 2014. The adjusted net loss decrease is primarily due to CAD 0.3 million of interest and other financing income generated in the first quarter compared to CAD 0.5 million of financing costs for the same period in 2014. Net loss was CAD 2.3 million against CAD 5.6 million a year ago. Basic adjusted loss per share was CAD 0.06 against CAD 0.17 a year ago.
