Laser Energetics Inc. announced that they received another international order for its Dazer Laser(R) GUARDIANs and accessories. This order was received from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, another of the now 15 International Countries Foreign Militaries to order Dazer Laser(R) GUARDIANs. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has looked into Optical Distractor systems for integration into their Military and has decided to move forward with its Dazer Laser(R) GUARDIANs, after testing other types of Optical Distractor systems, to meet their mission critical requirements with non-lethal means. This first order will be to integrate the GUARDIAN into the Special Forces and train Saudi Forces on operation and use, which will be followed by much larger orders for full scale Military and Government use.

Laser Energetics Inc. announced that it has received an order for multiple Dazer Laser(R) GUARDIANs from the United Kingdom's Ministry of Defence for official Government Test & Evaluation purposes. Through the completion of a successful T&E process, the GUARDIAN would be approved for full-scale deployment throughout the UK Ministry of Defence and Metropolitan Police, known to many as Scotland Yard, as well as provide an additional 'stamp-of-approval' for many other European Nations interested in Dazer Laser(R) - Light Fighting Technologies(TM) Products. With this order, the GUARDIAN will be going through the Test & Evaluation phase in 12 International Countries as well as across the United States in Law Enforcement, Prisons, Hospitals and Schools, and different branches of the US Military.

Laser Energetics Inc. reported that its Dazer Laser(R) GUARDIAN is fully compliant with the FDA's Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) - 21 CFR 1040.10 standard for laser products. The GUARDIAN is the first of the Dazer Laser(R) Product Line to be in compliance with this important FDA requirement. The FDA 21 CFR 1040.10 standard sets the performance and labeling requirements that all laser products must meet prior to shipment for commercial and government entities throughout the United States. The Company recently retained Jerome Dennis to assist the Company in bringing the Dazer Laser(R) Products into full compliance with the requirements of the Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Mr. Dennis retired with more than three decades of experience within that agency, where he served as the International Expert in Lasers and Optical Radiation Safety and Safety Standards. He has had the highest leadership roles such as the Chairman of the International Electrotechnical Commission Technical Committee 76 on optical radiation safety and laser products and as Past Vice Chairman of the ANSI Z136 standards committee.
