Logitech International S.A., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the development and marketing of hardware and software products that enable or enhance digital navigation, music and video entertainment, gaming, social networking, and audio and video communication over the Internet worldwide. The company operates in two segments, Peripherals and Video Conferencing. The Peripherals segment provides various peripherals for personal computers, tablets, and other digital platforms, including mice, trackballs, keyboards, interactive gaming controllers, multimedia speakers, headsets, and webcams for home and business personal computers; tablet accessories comprising keyboards, keyboard cases and covers, and smart phone accessories; and Internet communication products, such as Webcams, conference cams, and headsets. It also offers digital music products consisting of wireless speakers, earphones, and custom in-ear monitors; gaming products, including mice, keyboards, headsets, and gaming controllers; and Harmony line of advanced remote controls for home entertainment systems. This segment sells its products to a network of distributors, retailers, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The Video Conferencing segment is involved in the design, manufacture, and marketing of Lifesize-branded video conferencing products, infrastructure, and services for small and medium size enterprises, public sector, and other business markets. Its video conferencing products comprise scalable high-definition (HD) video communication endpoints, video conferencing infrastructure software and appliances to support large-scale video deployments, and services to support these products, as well as SaaS video service. This segment markets its products to distributors, value-added resellers, OEMs, and direct enterprise customers. Logitech International S.A. was founded in 1981 and is based in Apples, Switzerland.

The company shareholders eligible for the dividend must purchase the shares by the close of trading on Dec. 23, 2014 on the SIX Swiss Exchange or the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The dividend is expected to be distributed on Dec. 30, 2014.
