LTC Properties Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2014. For the quarter, the company reported total revenues of $29,541,000 against $25,825,000 a year ago. Operating income was $17,122,000 compared with $14,429,000 a year ago. Income from continuing operations was $17,122,000 or $0.46 per diluted share compared with $14,429,000 or $0.39 per basic and diluted share a year ago. Net income available to common stockholders was $16,181,000 or $0.46 per diluted share against $16,373,000 or $0.47 per diluted share a year ago. FFO available to common stockholders was $22,516,000 against $19,956,000 a year ago. Normalized FFO available to common stockholders was $22,516,000 against $19,992,000 a year ago. Normalized adjusted FFO was $22,064,000 against $19,017,000 a year ago. Diluted FFO available to common stockholders per share was $0.64 against $0.57 a year ago. Diluted normalized FFO available to common stockholders per share were $0.64 against $0.57 a year ago. Diluted normalized AFFO per share were $0.62 against $0.54 a year ago. The decrease in net income available to common stockholders was primarily due to a gain on sale recognized in 2013 and higher interest expense related to the sale of senior unsecured notes offset by an increase in revenues from mortgage loan originations, acquisitions and completed property developments. For the nine months, the company reported total revenues of $88,206,000 against $76,381,000 a year ago. Operating income was 51,259,000 compared with $40,755,000 a year ago. Income from continuing operations was $52,399,000 or $1.42 per diluted share against $40,755,000 or $1.16 per diluted share a year ago. Net income available to common stockholders $49,602,000 or $1.42 diluted earnings per share against $40,427,000 or $1.24 diluted share a year ago. FFO available to common stockholders was $67,397,000 against $57,291,000 a year ago. Normalized FFO available to common stockholders was $67,397,000 against $58,254,000 a year ago. Normalized adjusted FFO was $66,028,000 against $55,749,000 a year ago. Diluted FFO available to common stockholders per share was $1.91 against $1.72 a year ago. Diluted normalized FFO available to common stockholders per share were $1.91 against $1.75 a year ago. Diluted normalized AFFO per share were $1.87 against $1.68 a year ago. The company provides earnings guidance for the full year of 2014. Company expects normalized FFO of $2.56 per share, $0.01 up or $0.01 down, which does not include the additional cost of the $30 million.
