The Board of Directors of LottVision Limited announced the resignation of Professor Francis Chin Yuk Lun as an Independent Director, Audit Committee Member, Chairman of Nominating Committee and Chairman of Remuneration Committee with effect from 15 March 2013; appointment of Mr. Neo Chee Beng as a Nominating Committee Member with effect from 15 March 2013; appointment of Mr. Neo Chee Beng as the Chairman of Remuneration Committee with effect from 15 March 2013; and appointment of Mr. Ng Poh Khoon as the Chairman of Nominating Committee with effect from 15 March 2013.

LottVision Ltd. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2012. For the quarter, turnover was HKD 21,426,000 against HKD 359,000 a year ago. Profit from operations was HKD 12,800,000 against loss from operations of HKD 5,088,000 a year ago. Profit from ordinary activities before taxation was HKD 12,585,000 against loss from ordinary activities before taxation of HKD 5,106,000 a year ago. The revenue of the Group is mainly from the operations of Nutryfarm (Chengdu) Biomedicine Limited, a subsidiary which is indirectly held by the company, as compared with HKD 0.4 million revenue of the Group in third quarter of 2012. The increase of the net profit of the Group mainly due to the combined effect of HKD 11.2 million increase from sales of nutrition and health food; HKD 3.0 million other income from disposal of receivable from Powerway Group Limited in third quarter of 2013, which has been fully impaired in 2012; HKD 3.4 million tax refund received by NFC in third quarter of 2013; and HKD 2.0 million company income tax of NFC in third quarter of 2013. Net profit attributable to equity holders of the company was HKD 6,590,000 or 0.37 cents per basic and diluted share against net loss attributable to equity holders of the company of HKD 5,106,000 or 0.56 cents per basic and diluted share a year ago. Net cash inflow from operating activities was HKD 3,116,000 against net cash used in operating activities of HKD 2,088,000 a year ago. For the nine months, turnover was HKD 28,525,000 against HKD 2,279,000 a year ago. Profit from operations was HKD 14,126,000 against loss from operations of HKD 21,991,000 a year ago. Profit from ordinary activities before taxation was HKD 13,780,000 against loss from ordinary activities before taxation of HKD 22,045,000 a year ago. Net profit attributable to equity holders of the company was HKD 7,160,000 against net loss attributable to equity holders of the company of HKD 22,045,000 a year ago. Net cash used in operating activities was HKD 4,914,000 against HKD 10,563,000 a year ago.

For the quarter, the company’s turnover was HKD 5,699,000 compared to HKD 513,000 a year ago. Majority of the revenue was generated by Nutryfarm (Chengdu) Biomedicine Limited, which is a subsidiary with 55% interest owned by the group. Earnings per basic and fully diluted share were 0.03 cents compared to loss per basic and diluted share of 1.49 cents a year ago. Net cash outflow from operating activities was HKD 8,320,000 compared to HKD 4,952,000 a year ago. Profit from ordinary activities before taxation was HKD 1,154,000 compared to loss from ordinary activities before of HKD 13,525,000 a year ago. Profit attributable to equity holders of the company was HKD 529,000 compared to loss attributable to equity holders of the company of HKD 13,525,000 a year ago. The group recorded HKD 2.8 million other net income in second quarter of fiscal 2013. It mainly included HKD 1.1 million of disposal of Tian Tian Zai Xian Limited and HKD 1.7 million of other service income in the PRC. For the year to date, the company’s turnover was HKD 7,099,000 compared to HKD 1,920,000 a year ago. Profit from ordinary activities before taxation was HKD 1,195,000 compared to loss from ordinary activities before of HKD 16,939,000 a year ago. Profit attributable to equity holders of the company was HKD 570,000 compared to loss attributable to equity holders of the company of HKD 16,939,000 a year ago. Net cash outflow from operating activities was HKD 8,030,000 compared to HKD 8,475,000 a year ago.
