Its call advertising products and services include Marchex Call Marketplace, a mobile advertising solution that delivers pay-for-call advertisements to national advertisers, advertising agencies, and small advertiser reseller partners; and Marchex Call Analytics, a technology platform that provides data and insights to measure the performance of mobile, online, and offline advertising campaigns for advertisers and small business resellers. In addition, the company offers Local Leads platform, a service advertising solution for small business resellers, such as Yellow Pages providers and vertical marketing service providers to sell call advertising, search marketing, and other lead products through their existing sales channels to their small business advertisers. Further, it operates a Web Site Traffic, which includes approximately 200,000 of owned and operated Web sites focused on helping users make informed decisions about where to get local products and services. Marchex Announces Addition to Management Team

Marchex Inc. announced it has hired two executives to bolster its client engagement and business development teams. Razorfish and aQuantive veteran Peter Greb has joined Marchex as Vice President of National Clients, and Daniel Behrendt, who most recently led strategy and corporate/business development groups for Samsung in Seoul, South Korea, joined Marchex this week as Vice President of Strategy and Development. Greb spent the past 15 years directing a wide set of client relationships for Razorfish and most recently managed all digital media and advertising accounts in the Western region.

Income from operations was $1,006,000 against $1,225,000 a year ago. Income from continuing operations before provision for income taxes was $987,000 against $1,206,000 a year ago. Net income from continuing operations was $598,000 against loss from continuing operations $21,774,000 a year ago. Net income was $1,481,000 against net loss of $21,496,000 a year ago. Net income applicable to common stockholders was $1,481,000 against net loss applicable to common stockholders of $21,525,000 a year ago.
