Mediolanum S.p.A. announced consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2014. Group Net Income for the quarter was at EUR 80.9 million, -41% with respect to the same period last year, which benefitted from higher-than-average performance fees and higher realised capital gains, in addition to the lower G&A costs. Total net inflows were positive at EUR 859 million. Net interest income was also down for the quarter, EUR 13 million lower, due to the lower interest rate environment and the selling of some securities.

Mediolanum S.p.A. Proposes Dividend

Mediolanum S.p.A. announced that the company intend to propose a dividend balance of EUR 0.15 per share at the general shareholders' meeting, which brings the total dividend to EUR 0.25.
