Mentum Inc. is currently at an early stage in evaluating a potential acquisition target, which would constitute a reverse takeover transaction. As and when the Company is in a position to do so, an Admission Document in respect of the proposed admission to trading on AIM of the Company's enlarged share capital incorporating a Notice of General Meeting to seek shareholder approval for such an acquisition will be sent to shareholders. Mentum has a further six months from December 21, 2012 to make an acquisition which constitutes a reverse takeover or otherwise implement its Investing Policy. If its shares have not been re-admitted to trading on AIM within such six month period, the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.

Mentum Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended June 30, 2012. For the period, the company reported loss of $483,000 or 0.14 cents basic and diluted loss per share compared to loss of $4,099,000 or 1.17 cents basic and diluted loss per share for the corresponding period of last year. Loss before and after tax was $483,000 against $217,000 of prior year period. Net cash outflow from operating activities was $772,000 against $217,000 for the same period last year.
