Mind Technologies, Inc. announced that it has entered into a License Agreement with VOIS, Inc. Whereby it has granted VOIS a non-exclusive license to use, develop and commercialize Mind Technologies' three thought-controlled software applications, Mind Mouse, Master Mind and Think-Tac-Toe. In exchange for the grant of the license, VOIS has paid a one-time license fee by the issuance to Mind Technologies of 7 million shares of VOIS common stock.

The company assembled a world-class team of scientists to guide the process of developing a state-of-the-art headset that would revolutionize the brain computer interface industry. After meeting with and interviewing several top-tier electronics firms, the company has selected a development and manufacturing partner to accomplish this monumental achievement. The product is currently going through the patent process, as the prototype phase commences. Once the company receives three prototypes to choose the final design, manufacturing will commence immediately.
