Imperial Innovations Group plc announced that Kelsey Lynn has joined as director, Technology Ventures, focusing on building on the Group's existing technology portfolio. Kelsey has previously worked with Innovations in an advisory role, and has also recently worked with several portfolio companies. She spent the last twelve years in California, working in new technology development and venture capital, most recently as a Partner with Silicon Valley's Firelake Capital, the early-stage venture capital firm focused on investments in materials science and resource productivity.

Imperial Innovations Group plc announced that Julian Smith has stepped down as Chief Finance and Operations Officer with immediate effect and will leave the Group after a handover period. Anjum Ahmed, who has been Group Financial Controller for 10 years, has been appointed Treasury and Finance Director. He is not joining the Board. Anjum prior to joining the company, he was Finance Director of a venture capital backed start up having previously held senior financial roles at GlaxoSmithKline, BBC Worldwide and the British Red Cross.
