National Australia Bank Limited, together with its subsidiaries, provides various banking and financial products and services. It operates in Business Banking, Personal Banking, Wholesale Banking, NAB Wealth, and NZ Banking segments. The company’s deposit products include transaction accounts, savings accounts, term deposits, and investment accounts, as well as specialized accounts, such as farm management, community fee saver, statutory trust, and foreign currency accounts. Its loan portfolio comprises business loans, including business overdrafts, market rate facility, invoice finance, business options, business markets loans, and insurance premium funding; vehicle and equipment finance; international and domestic trade finance; agribusiness loans; and self-managed superannuation funds. In addition, the company offers insurance products consisting of asset, revenue, ownership, business expenses, income, and employees’ protection products, as well as agricover insurance. Further, it provides business, payment, charge, credit, and access cards; online banking; and payments and merchants solutions. Additionally, the company offers risk management solutions, international trade payment methods, and international banking solutions. It operates approximately 1,750 stores and service centers. The company operates primarily in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. National Australia Bank Limited was founded in 1834 and is based in Docklands, Australia.

National Australia Bank Limited Declares Dividend on NAB CPS II Payable on 17 December 2014

National Australia Bank Limited announced its dividend amount of $1.0276 in respect of each NAB CPS II payable on 17 December 2014. The dividend is 100% franked at the Australian corporate tax rate of 30%. Holders are expected to receive a combination of cash dividends and franking credits. National Australia Bank To Exit Great Western Via IPO

National Australia Bank Limited (ASX:NAB) intends to sell a minority stake in Great Western Bancorporation Inc. through an initial public offering of shares in United States. It is customary in United States to sell a minority stake initially if exiting a business via the public markets. National Australia Bank Limited plans to sell 100% of its ownership of Great Western Bancorporation Inc. over time, subject to market conditions. It is anticipated that the initial public offering will launch in the fourth quarter of the 2014, with the relevant dates, pricing and volume information, and the related National Australia Bank Limited financial impacts to be available around the time of launch. The timing of subsequent sales of Great Western Bancorporation Inc.'s shares is unknown and is subject to customary sale restrictions in United States including an initial 180-day lock-up period. Deutsche Bank Securities and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers and underwriters.
