The banks used private communication methods including electronic chat rooms to submit identical rate quotes from at least 2009. The banks named in the Sept. 4 suit are: Bank of America Corp., Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Citigroup Inc., Wells Fargo & Co., JPMorgan Chase & Co., Barclays Plc, Deutsche Bank AG, BNP Paribas SA, HSBC Holdings Plc, Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, Credit Suisse Group AG, UBS AG and Nomura Holdings Inc.
