Natixis reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2014. For the quarter, the company reported proforma net revenues were €1,868 million against €1,816 million a year ago. Proforma gross operating income was €566 million against €533 million a year ago. Proforma pre-tax profit was €530 million against €440 million a year ago. Proforma net income (gs) excl. GAPC was €318 million against €281 million a year ago. Natixis And AMG May Buy DNCA

Natixis (ENXTPA:KN) and Affiliated Managers Group Inc. (NYSE:AMG) are the potential bidders for DNCA Finance, people with knowledge of the matter said. Credit Suisse Group AG has been hired by TA Associates Management, L.P. and Gruppo Banca Leonardo S.p.A to manage the sale, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the discussions are private. DNCA Finance may fetch up to $1.6 billion. Representatives for AMG, Natixis and Credit Suisse declined to comment. Officials at TA did not respond to requests for comment and DNCA couldn’t be immediately reached outside of regular business hours.
