Nexity announced audited consolidated earnings results for the year ended December 31, 2012. For the year, the company reported revenue for 2012 totaled EUR 2,831,283,000, up 8.8% from EUR 2,602,875,000 a year ago. Current operating profit amounted to EUR 200,440,000 compared to EUR 202,434,000 a year ago. Operating profit was EUR 145,440,000 against EUR 113,534,000 a year ago. Pre-tax recurring profit was EUR 140,895,000 against EUR 106,027,000 a year ago. Consolidated net profit was EUR 46,732,000 against EUR 58,155,000 a year ago. Net profit attributable to equity holders of the parent company was EUR 41,786,000 against EUR 54,207,000 a year ago. After adjustment for non-recurring items (goodwill impairments, exceptional tax expenses in 2012 and non-recurring profits from the sale of Eurosic as well as that of the Citéa urban extended-stay residences business in 2011), the group share of net profit was EUR 115,600,000 in 2012, compared with EUR 114,700,000 in 2011. Net cash generated by operating activities was EUR 137,100,000 against EUR 172,700,000 a year ago. Operating capital expenditure was EUR 19,200,000 against EUR 10,700,000 a year ago. Free cash flow was EUR 117,900,000 against EUR 162,000,000 a year ago. The company provided earnings guidance for the year 2013. For the year, the company expects residential real estate market share to hold steady in an expected market of between 70,000 and 75,000 new homes. The company expects commercial real estate order intake target of 350 million. Consolidated revenue for 2013 expected to exceed EUR 2.6 billion, current operating profit expected for 2013 at over EUR 180 million. The company provided dividend guidance for the year 2013. The company proposed to distribute a dividend of EUR 2 per share for 2012. Based on this guidance, the company will consider proposing to its shareholders the renewal of a EUR 2 per share dividend for the year 2013.
